We discovered this house in a neighborhood that we love this fall. It was being built as a spec house. We are so excited we cannot actually believe it is happening. I won't believe any of it until the builder gives us the key! Lucky for us that is not too far off! The floors are being put in and the carpenter is trimming the inside this week! We should be closing somewhere around February 4th!! For those of you living in the area, the house is located in the Josephine Crossing subdivision south of the Holiday Inn (Mullowney Ln.) For those of you that live in the Madison area- our builder has a similar style to Veridian homes there. This house will be like no other home we've lived in! Both homes that we have owned in the past were roughly 100 years old and BOTH had trap-door basements. This house will be brand new and no trap-doors that we know of!!! The best part about the house is the community of the neighborhood! We just can't wait!

Wow, looks super cute! I love the style of the outside! What a blessing to have a brand new home - I am so happy for you! I don't know if you have tornadoes in Montana, but if you do, now you'll be safe without being creeped out! =)
That is so exciting!!!! one of these times through Montana, we have got to stop and see you guys! we talk about you every time we drive through laurel, but it's always either 5am, or 3pm and we've been driving all day..... one of these days!
